John T. “Fish” Haddock, 74, formerly of Lititz, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the Spang Crest Manor in Lebanon.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late John and Thelma Haddock.

John graduated from the Governor Mifflin High School and the Pennsylvania State University.  He retired from  AMP Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer.  He was a member of the Reading Buccaneer Alumni Band where he played the Trumpet.  He was also a member of the Mercedes Benz Club of America and a former board member of the Make-A-Wish foundation of Lancaster.   John enjoyed off road motorcycling, camping and was a licensed Pilot.

Surviving are sons, Dennis J., husband of Lisa Haddock of Reading; and Michael J., husband of Theresa DeAcosta of Bethel.  Also surviving are two grandchildren, Timothy and Tyler DeAcosta of Bethel.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton.

Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Laureldale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1054 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601.
