Alice P. (Mountz) Weinhold, 88, formerly of Brecknock Twp., passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at the Zerbe Sisters Nursing Home in Narvon.

She was the widow of Mark L. Weinhold who died on March 30, 1989.

Born in Birdsboro, she was the daughter of the late Allen H. and Minerva R. (Huyett) Mountz.

She retired in 1989 after 32 years of service with the Bollman Hat Company in Adamstown.

Surviving are two children, Kenneth R., husband of Faye Weinhold of Brecknock Twp.; and Cindy Ann, wife of Anthony Lacroce of Maryville, PA.  She is also survived by Six Grandchildren, Four Great Grandchildren, and a sister, Mary Lou Hirneisen of South Heidelberg Twp.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. from Allegheny United Church of Christ, 1219 Kurtz Mill Road, Alleghenyville, with The Rev. Dr. Martha M. Smith, officiating.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Interment will be in Allegheny Union Cemetery.
