Gregory D. Brown

Gregory D. Brown, 63, of Cedar Top, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Bonnie (Wald) Brown.

Born in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late David A. and Jeannette (Ridolfi) Brown.

Greg worked in the auto industry, most recently for Penske.  He graduated from Grace Theological Seminary and held two Master’s Degrees in Theology and Counseling.  He enjoyed reading the Bible and preaching the Word, listening to music (mostly Jazz) and spending time outdoors hunting.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children, Garth Brown, husband to Rebekah and father to Chelsea, of Ephrata; and Makenzie Brown of Reading.  Also surviving are four siblings, Edward, husband of Kathy of Minneapolis, KS; Thomas of Philadelphia, PA; Jeffrey of Asheville, NC; and Kathleen Krug, wife of Ted, of York, PA.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Hopewell Christian Fellowship, 2286 Hopewell Road, Elverson, PA 19520. There will be time afterward to visit with family in the lobby & café.
