Lindy Mae (Mosser) Graeff

Melinda M. “Lindy” (Mosser) Graeff, 65, of Cumru Twp., passed away from an Acute Aneurysm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 while doing what she loved, bicycling with her husband. 

She was the wife of Larry M. Graeff with whom she shared 42 years of marriage.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Richard A. and Fern M. (Swartz) Mosser of Mohnton.

Lindy graduated in 1970 from the Governor Mifflin High School.  She attended Kutztown Teachers College.  She was employed as Operations Manager at the former Griffith and Bixler Furniture Store in Brecknock Twp. from 1984 until 2007.  Later she worked as the Office Manager at Cougles Recycling in Hamburg, retiring in 2016. 

Whether it was bicycling with her husband,  vacation and skiing trips with her family, or simply watching her grandchildren at sporting events, Lindy loved being active and outdoors.  Spending time with family and friends was paramount.    She was a member of Immanuel U.C.C. in Shillington and a former member of the Woman's Club of Mohnton.  She will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by four children, Lisa M. Graeff, wife of Chuck Smith of Temple; Tanya L, wife of Scot A. Eddinger of Mohrsville; Clayton P. Graeff, husband of Angela L. Brown of Scarborough, Maine; and Aaron M. Graeff of Cumru Twp.   Also surviving are four grandchildren, Samuel and Benjamin Eddinger, Sierra Graeff and Dylan Brown; and four siblings, Robin M., wife of Rick Pfleger of Cumru Twp.; Richard S., husband of Michele Mosser of Aliquippa, PA; Alan D., husband of Cindy Mosser of Martinez, CA; and Mark C., husband of Susan Mosser of Denver, PA.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Immanuel United Church of Christ, 99 S. Waverly Street, Shillington, PA 19607 with Pastor Megan K. Huesgen, officiating.

Friend may visit with the family to offer condolences from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church.

Interment will be private.
