Lorraine Lesher Obituary

Lorraine C. (Hornberger) Lesher, 90, of Cumru Twp., passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Mifflin Center in Shillington.

She was the widow of Leon A. Lesher (1998).

Born in Mohnton, she was the daughter of the late C. Clair Hornberger and Nora (Bickel) Hornberger Miller.

She was a 1946 graduate of the former Monhton High School and a 1948 graduate of the former Reading Business Institute. She was employed for 22 years as a medical secretary to the late Hugh P. Shellabear, M.D. She also assisted her husband in his land surveying business for 28 years. She was the membership chairperson for the Dutchland Polkateers from 1982 through 1989

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa A. Spayd of Cumru Twp. and a son, Lance A. Lesher of Gouglersville.

She is also survived by six grandchildren.

Service and Interment will be private.
