Mary M. (Porcaro) Behrle

Mary M. (Porcaro) Behrle, 86, of Wyomissing, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at the Reading Hospital.

She was the widow of Orion S. Behrle who died on May 12, 2010.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Antoniette (D’ugo) Porcaro.

Mary was a devoted homemaker.  She was an active member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in West Reading and a longtime member and past President of the Victor Emmanuel’s Ladies Auxiliary.  Mary enjoyed selling at the flea market at the Black Angus Antiques in Lancaster County.    She cherished her time with family and friends.   

Surviving is a daughter, Gail L., wife of Vinny Ferraro of Brecknock Twp.  She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kain Sosangelis, Mersina Sosangelis, and Catherine Wilkie.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Sharon Ann Behrle on March 10, 2010, and a brother, Arthur Porcaro.

Funeral Mass and private burial will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
