Mary J. (Harper) Keehn

Mary J. (Harper) Keehn, 82, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the residence of her grandson in Oley.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Rose Harper.

She was the widow of Roy E. Keehn who died on December 26, 1984.

Mary retired after 30 plus years of service as a Ward Nurse at the Reading Hospital.  She enjoyed boating and gardening, watching the Phillies and NASCAR.

Surviving are grandchildren, Brandon A., husband of Holly Keehn of Reading; Nicole A. Keehn of Reading; Greg, husband of Kara Chapman of Elkton, MD, son-in-law, Steve Chapman and great granddaughter, Ellie Keehn.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah E. Chapman and son, Donald I. Keehn.  

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton.

Funeral Service and Interment will be private at Wyomissing Cemetery in Gouglersville with Pastor Elmer B. Reinhold, Jr., officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Saint Jude’s Hospital.
