Robert S. Albright, 90, of Mohnton, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence.
He was the widower of Maureen (Hall) Albright who died on January 5, 2007.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Martin L. and Charlotte (Steffy) Albright.
Robert served in the United States Navy from 1946 through 1988 when he retired as a Chief Petty Officer. He is a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars receiving a Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts for his service to our country.
Surviving are his children, Eric Albright of Arizona; Lisa E. (Albright), wife of Kevin E. Kuser of Sinking Spring and Eileen S. (Albright), wife of Randy L. Quirin of Shillington. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and two on the way. Robert will be especially missed by his loyal friend, Petey the Cat.
He was predeceased by his son, Arlo J. Albright who died on September 22, 1978; and seven siblings.
Burial with military honors at Mohnsville Cemetery will be private for the family.
