Carol Gerhard Obituary

Carol J. (Grieff) Gerhard, 66, of Mohnton, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Spruce Manor in West Reading where she was a guest.

She was the wife of Clarence A. Gerhard.

Carol attended the Governor Mifflin School District. She was employed at the former William J. Leininger Knitting Mill and later worked in the cleaning department of various local businesses. She was a member of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mohnton. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two children: Timothy J., husband of Bernie Jo Gerhard of Mohnton and Tami S., wife of Earl F. Bitting of West Lawn.

Also surviving are two grandchildren; Zachary M. Bitting of West Lawn and Jayden J. Gerhard of Mohnton; and a brother, David R. Grieff, husband of Michael P. Edwards of Reading.

Funeral service and interment will be private.
