Colleen C. (Sebring) Williamson, 93, who lived 61 years in Colonial Hills, Sinking Spring, died on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at home after a long illness.
She was the wife of James H. Williamson.
Born in Rural Central City, PA, she was the daughter of Delmont A. and Alma A. (Hamer) Sebring.
Colleen attended Shade Twp. PA school district and the Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown. She was employed as an L.P.N. working for 17 years at the Hassler Home and later at the Mifflin Center. She enjoyed sharing the wisdom of older folks.
She was a true country girl whose first love was her large family and God. She enjoyed: oil painting; writing; poetry reading; Sudoku; playing the piano, clarinet and drums; dancing when able and vacations to Cape May, N.J.
Surviving are children: James H. Williamson, II; Edward C., husband of Jean E. Williamson; Gregory L. Williamson; Elaine K., wife of Jeffrey M. Fiant; and Joy C., wife of Russell E. Delp. She Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Richard W. Williamson.
Funeral service and interment will be private.
