Obituary

Dorothy M. (Good) Balthaser, 91, of Spring Twp., passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021.

She was the widow of Donald K. Balthaser who died on April 17, 2003.

Born in Bowmansville, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Merle (Good) Good.

Dorothy was a graduate of the former Mohnton High School.  She and her husband worked the Balthaser Farm until retirement.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Fire Company and the Grange, all in Gouglersville.

Surviving are two children:  Linda A. Steffy of Reinholds, widow of Randy L. Steffy; and James D., husband of Gladys Balthaser of Spring Twp.

Also surviving are four grandchildren:  Wendy A., wife of Ken Kerschner of Adamstown; Matthew Finney of Kenhorst, Melanie Balthaser, wife of Casey Noss of Spring Twp. and Mark Balthaser of Spring Twp; and six great grandchildren:  Casey, Conlan, Dylan, Wyatt, Brooke, Isabelle.

Funeral Service and Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Gouglersville Grange, 1893 Old Lancaster Pike, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
