Grace I. Angstadt

Grace I. (Yorgey) Angstadt, 87, of Kutztown passed away in her daughter’s home surrounded by loved ones on November 17, 2025. She was the daughter of Robert and Margaret (Paulsgrove) Yorgey, born November 14, 1938 in her parents’ farmhouse near Pricetown. 

Grace attended Oley Valley School District. She graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Reading Muhlenberg Vo-tech in 1982 and worked as an LPN at the Topton Lutheran Home until her retirement. 

Grace enjoyed gardening, baking, spending time with family and friends, and laughing at the antics of her great grandsons. She was active in her church and church’s seniors group and helped drive her neighbors to appointments and activities.

Grace is survived by sons: Richard (Ruthann) in Bethlehem, James (Linda) in Oley, and daughter Carol Burian (Jeffrey) in Kutztown; grandchildren: Matthew Angstadt, Andrew Angstadt, Sarah Keith (Kraig), Annemarie Kaspern, Candice Smith, Daniel Angstadt (Jenn), Kristy Angstadt, Amber Bollinger (David), and Michael Burian; and 5 great grandchildren.

An informal celebration of life will be held on November 29 at 11:00 in Saucony Meadow’s Community Room, 20 Kohler Road Kutztown.
