Linda Ann (Asher) Werner

Linda Ann (Asher) Werner, 77, of Shillington, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at the Mifflin Center.

She was the widow of Walter C. Werner who died on August 25, 2006.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Betty J. (Epler) Harding.

Linda was a graduate of the Reading High School.  She worked at the Bollman Hat Factory in Adamstown.  She enjoyed visiting the casinos.  She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Surviving are children, Walter C., Jr., husband of Yong Werner of Colorado Springs, CO; Anthony J. Werner, III of Pottstown and Martin L. Werner of Shillington.   Also surviving are four grandchildren: Shawn, Anthony, III, Autumn and Katie.

She was predeceased by one son, Christopher, a daughter, Natalie, and a brother, Lee Asher.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, a private interment will take place at Saint John Cemetery in Gibraltar.
