MaryBeth (McGuire) Ruffner

Born August 19, 1963 MaryBeth Ruffner McGuire was a beautiful, beloved, and compassionate woman with a career as a nurse for the Reading Hospital and Berks Heim.  MaryBeth was the utmost caring and nurturing to her patients.  She loved animals, sunflowers, and helping those less fortunate.  MaryBeth leaves behind her husband Todd, her loving son Alexander D. McGuire, her loving brother John P. McGuire, her loving father William McGuire, her loving mother Sonja Pennock, her step-father Clifford Pennock, best friends Kim Diaz (Marrero), Connie Reid, and her two dogs Chi-Chi and Bella whom she loved and adored.

Marybeth touched many lives and made many true friends along her amazing journey through life. May she rest peacefully in heaven with Christ Jesus.  MaryBeth loved flowers. Donations appreciated to the animal rescue league of Cumru Township.  

A viewing will be held September 23, 2025 at 9:30 AM followed by a Service at 10:30 AM at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut St. Mohnton PA 19540.   Interment following service at Mohnsville Cemetery.
