Obituary
Mr. Paul Seifert, 99, formerly of East Cocalico Twp., passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Cornwall Manor.
He was the husband of Edna I. (Zwoyer) Seifert, who died on March 12, 2005.
Born in Robeson Twp., he was the son of the late Francis J. & Elizabeth (Phillips) Seifert.
He retired in 1985 after 36 years of service as an inspector at the former Prestolite Battery Company in Reading. Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during W.W. II. He was a member of the Wyomissing United Church of Christ and a lifetime member of the Pikeville & Grill Fire Companies.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Paul was the last surviving of his 15 siblings.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton.
Friends may call on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow service at Laureldale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Lebanon Veterans Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, or to a charity of one’s choice.
