Richard G. Richards

Richard G. Richards, 92, formerly of Sinking Spring, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Mifflin Court. 

He was the widower of Jacquelyn R. (Matz) Richards who died on Friday, July 15, 2016.

He was a 1948 graduate of Mohnton High School.  Rich was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.  He retired from Reading Body Works as an Industrial Engineer.  He was a lifetime member of the Reinholds V.F.W. and the Pennwyn Motor Association.  Rich enjoyed trips to his cabin during deer hunting season.  He was an avid sports fan. 

Surviving are several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother Donald Richards and a sister, Kathleen Wert.

The family would like to thank the staff of Mifflin Court, Bayada and Caring Hospice, for the kind and compassionate care shown to Richard over the past months and years.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Graveside Service on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mohnsville Cemetery, Mohnton.
