Ruth A. (Butterweck) Slichter, 96 of Cumru Township, passed away peacefully in her residence on Monday, May 2, 2022. Born in Reading on Jan 19, 1926, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Sadie (Lorah) Butterweck.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Marlene (Slichter) Watts, her grandson Ryan Watts and her great granddaughters Kaia and Amber Watts, all of whom she loved dearly. She made being a mom look easy.
