Sandra Remp

Sandra A. Remp, known affectionately as Sandy, passed away on May 19, 2026, in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, at the age of 65. Born on May 7, 1961, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Sandy lived a life marked by hard work, devotion to family, and a warm, steady presence that touched the lives of many.

She was the beloved wife of Richard Remp and a loving mother to her sons, Ty, Heath, and Seth. She was also cherished by her siblings, John, Steven, Allen, Cindy, Lori, and Sharon Krick, as well as by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who brought her great joy throughout her life.

Sandy graduated from Governor Mifflin and carried the values of perseverance and responsibility with her throughout her life. She was employed as a Warehouse Manager at VF Outlet, where she was respected for her dedication, dependability, and strong work ethic. Her commitment to her work reflected the same care and determination she brought to all areas of her life.

A woman of Christian faith, Sandy found strength and comfort in her beliefs. Her faith was an important part of who she was and guided her through life with grace and humility. She lived with a quiet strength that was evident to those who knew her best, and she will be remembered for the kindness and sincerity she showed to others.

Sandy enjoyed the simple pleasures that made life meaningful. She loved hunting and fishing, and she had a special appreciation for classic cars and motorcycles. She also looked forward to spending winters in Florida with her husband, where they found warmth, relaxation, and time to enjoy life at a slower pace. These interests reflected her spirit and the joy she found in both adventure and comfort.

Those who knew Sandy will remember her as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She had a way of making others feel welcome and valued, and her presence brought reassurance and strength to her family. Her legacy will live on in the memories shared by those who loved her and in the example she set through her devotion, resilience, and love of family.

Though her passing leaves a deep void, Sandy’s life was one of meaning and connection. She will be remembered with love and gratitude for the many ways she enriched the lives of those around her. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. at Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 21 Chestnut Street, Mohnton.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at the Wyomissing Cemetery in Gouglersville.
